In a secluded area but also within walking distance to Old Stone Fort Park which has a museum, trails for exercise, and water for kayak, canoeing and fishing. Or if you want to stay home we have a beautiful, large screened in porch, outdoor fire pit, grills and a koi fish pond. Big screen TV in a large sitting room and wood burning fireplace in the living room. Cozy with lots of room to spread out and a fenced in yard for pets.

Studio Apt on Horse Farm w/ River Access & Hot Tub

We invite you to stay in our basement studio apartment on our working horse farm here at River Bluff Ranch, LLC! Our farmland and woods back up to the beautiful Duck River and TVA land! What makes our place unique is that we offer guided horseback rides and pony rides at an additional cost! 🐴 We also have a small petting farm for the kids with friendly donkeys, a mini cow, a dwarf pony, goats and pigs! If you are a fellow horse owner, you can haul in your own horses for your stay, too.

This is an allergy free home no pets. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We also have RV hookups quick drive to Tim’s Ford Lake, Jack Daniel’s Distillery and Shopping Mall close by. We also have a small water park and waterfalls nearby. We have a mini farm ducks and chickens free range daily. If you like fresh eggs let me know I can put some in the refrigerator for you. We are an allergy free home NO PETS allowed. Cozy nest right on the creek. Lots of privacy. Hiking trails and Waterfalls nearby. Listen to the water from a porch swing overlooking the creek. We have a double recliner for movies and popcorn. This efficiency apartment has a private entrance with private covered porch and a full kitchen. Work area with Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome - must be free of fleas and ticks.
