Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Annex at Giggleswick is a spacious, self contained apartment on the edge of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Privately accessed through its own outside door, it has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, with all the expected amenities. Located in a tranquil spot only a matter of minutes from the market town of Chipping Sodbury with its cafes, shops and pubs, it provides a great base for walking and exploring with easy access to Bath and Bristol by car, bike, bus or train.

Birch Cottage

Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and 30 mins to the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

The Paddocks @ The Bungalow

Pauline and family welcome you to the Paddocks Westerleigh. A single story self contained annex, attached to the owners property., located close to Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Pucklechurch and half way between Bristol and Bath, making it a suitable base for both holiday and business accommodation, there is easy access to both M4 and M5 motorways, A46 Bath – Stroud , Bristol ring road, Emerson’s Green Science Park, and for keen cyclists is a stone’s throw from the Bristol-Bath cycle track.

Located in the ancient village of Doynton, Apple Tree is a little gem if you want peace and quiet but, want to be within a short drive of Bath (15min), Bristol (20min) and the Cotswolds. The cottage is beautifully converted, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The countryside is outside the door and a 2min walk, a fantastic food pub - The Cross House. With the Cotswolds on your doorstep, places such as Westonbirt Arboretum, Badminton and Dyhram Park (NT) are a short drive.

Beautiful Cider House Village Getaway Sleeps 4

The Cider House is a spacious and comfortable home opposite the Village Green in Cromhall, near to Wotton-under-Edge on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
