In short, the Hobbit house was amazing. I do like to make note that there were various places with spider webs that were visually unpleasant, inbetween the door slider to the balcony, on the way to the little sauna-like room accessible in the bathroom of the main bedroom, or the fireplace that is clearly never used. These are nitpicks that dings a bit but nothing to undermine how great this place is. There are many special places I've stayed and this is one of the few that I would actually mean it when i say I'll be back.

I know lots might mind the busy street but it honestly helped my newborn sleep so well due to the street traffic noise sounding like his white noise machine! It worked out great

The home was EXACTLY as pictured. Light and airy with plenty room to move around for guests. The decor was perfect for a group getaway. The home was very clean and bright. No odors at all other than clean smells! James and business partner were extremely quick in communicating which helped me with my plans for the weekend and getting that communication out to all our wedding party. Not left waiting was such a bonus! It was so easy to get in and out of this place. Lots of parking and a very safe feeling in this neighborhood. Such a healthy and cute designed community where clearly it was centered around families. They even had an event in the community park with train rides and many things for the kids for the Easter Holiday. Thank you James and Rex for your hospitality.

My out of State family and I met in Fresno to celebrate Christmas with more family. Heather Michelle's home was a perfect fit for our needs. We brought decorations and had access to the garage which was great for storing boxes and gifts until wrapped! The kitchen is very well stocked (I did a lot of cooking and baking) and the layout allowed several people to work - great lay out of the whole house and a lovely backyard! All but one person had previously lived in Fresno so we knew our way around to stores and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again...my dogs enjoyed it too!

My family and i truly enjoyed this home , very cozy and had everything we needed . The host was nice enough to recommend places near where my kids would enjoy. I truly recommend anyone to stay in this home . Thank you guys very much

I stayed at Bethany’s home with my pup and we had such a great time ✨ Bethany is very friendly and welcoming, and gave me great local food/snack recommendations. It was so much fun that we got to meet her pup and two others who she was caring for, too. My pup and I also had a blast with our morning puppy dates in the backyard! The room we stayed in was very nice and clean and comfy. Everything was great and would love to stay again when we are back in Fresno. Thank you!!

The home was great and we loved the outside area. The only issues we had was that the kitchen was not stocked for cooking very well. This is something I look for in homes due to eating in most of the time and it was a little challenging. We decided we would then move outside to bbq instead and the bbq was not working to full capacity. We contacted the host who responded quickly to our issues, but the issue was not remedied while we were at the home. We also mentioned to the host that there were 4 propane tanks and we were moving one propane tank back and forth from the bbq and the fire pit the entire week. We were told a delivery would be scheduled, which I am aware that might take some time. This did not ruin the trip by any means but merely caused an issue where we needed to be creative. Other than those items, the bedrooms are great, I loved the master suit and the living area was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The outside area is very nice and private.

Absolutely loved this property! It was much bigger than appeared in the photos and very peaceful and private. The shuffleboard game in the basement has become my new favorite game to play with friends. Shannon was very responsive and helpful with her messages, I highly recommend this property if you want to relax!

Melissa was a great host, very responsive and easy to speak with. The stay was peaceful and the check in was so easy, she had two different kennels to choose from to put our two dogs in that were more than big enough for both of them which I found very convenient. There was a fire pit that we used and plenty of extra wood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very well kept and clean. The stay was overall a great experience, I would 10/10 recommend this Airbnb if you don’t mind staying in an RV and would definitely stay again myself! Thank you Melissa!

This was our first Airbnb experience. It was much more convenient than booking multiple hotel rooms in the area for our family of six. The neighborhood is well established and felt safe. We noticed families utilizing the nearby, nicely paved walking trail that is also biking friendly. There are many restaurants and shopping centers a short distance from the home. The host was friendly and quick to reply to our questions via the app. The photos are true to the actual location. It was very clean and comfortable. The television was not working during our weekend stay, but the host let us know that it was going to be fixed the following Monday. Definitely looking forward to booking more with Airbnb in the future.

I have an affection for Spanish style houses so it was perfect…love the natural lighting in the kitchen…I work nights so it could have better blackout curtains in the bedrooms but otherwise it was a great rental

Had everything needed for a place to stay. host was good on communication and I will definitely recommend choosing this place again next time I visit :)

The house is gorgeous with wonderful lighting and plenty of space. The outdoor space is a true haven and wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very easy to find. I would 100% stay here again if in the Fresno area!
