Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Moose River cottage on the water in Old Forge

Soak in the Adirondacks from this rustic, newly remodeled one-bed apartment with a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Start your day with a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Moose River. Feel free to launch one of our kayaks from our private dock, watch the stars from the hot tub or by the fire pit, take a bike ride on our bikes or just watch the amazing wild life and sunset from your private deck. Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and all of the summertime fun in Old Forge.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

River Ledge Hideaway

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Walk down our path to your own private waterfront. Great place for couples, small families or friends getting together

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

The Coop at Laing Family Farm

Set in the heart of our 400 acre certified organic farm, The Coop at Laing Family Farm is a quiet, cozy cottage surrounded by open fields, orchards, and the gentle rhythm of farm life right between Canton and Potsdam. It’s the kind of place where mornings start slowly with coffee on the porch and evenings end under dark, star-filled skies. Perfect for visiting families attending college events, alumni weekends, and campus visits — a quiet place to unwind after a full day.

Camp Tucked Away - at Cranberry Lake

Camp Tucked Away is a year round 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath "cabin" set on a knoll in the Cranberry Lake area. In the summer enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and hiking. When you are done come "home" to a well appointed camp, a BBQ on the deck or just relax by the fire. Welcome to the 3rd largest lake in the Adirondack Park for boating, swimming, and kayaking.The Oswegatchie and Grasse Rivers offer great fishing . Hike around the lake or into the Five Ponds Wilderness area.

One-of-a-kind Adirondack house, hand-built by owner, nestled on scenic Cranberry Lake on quiet road. Four bedrooms, two full baths. Large heavily-treed private lot with over 125 feet of waterfront and breathtaking views. Enjoy the entire house to yourselves! Excellent Wi-Fi plus TV with Roku (no cable). Washer, dryer, dishwasher on ground floor, as is downstairs bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. No AC. Well-mannered dogs allowed. Plenty of parking available.

Electricity is powered from a propane remote start generator operated via remote/fob. Just minutes from the cabin, you'll find 3 gas station/convenience stores, 2 gift shops, two restaurants, a 9-hole golf course, ATV trails, 3 lakes, hiking trails (w/waterfalls) and so much more!

Adirondack Summer: Unique Chalet with Hot Tub!

Modern design in a unique setting create a special Adirondack Experience without the crowds. New construction on 3 levels with natural light throughout. Lookout Cranberry Lake

Come and unwind in this beautiful little hamlet in the Adirondacks. Explore and hike the trails or just relax by the water during the day and build a fire in the firepit in the evening. Bring your boat and launch it at the public launch right next door. There is a dock for fishing and docking your boat. Direct access to the vast snowmobile trail system. Save money and cook in the fully stocked kitchen! Cranberry Lake is the 3rd largest in the ADK.
