A Cozy, Sunny and Airy Coach House in Stotfold

It's a beautiful 2 bedroom Coach House tastefully decorated in hues of teal blue and sage green with a modern warm feel to it. Its cozy, airy, with a lot of light and is all contained at one level on the 1st floor. The house is well furnished and has all the requirements for a short term or long term stay. It can be a base for your holiday or for work. We are 5 mins from Baldock Station (by cab) - frequent trains to London in 50mins. We are also next to A1(M). Henlow Champneys is 10mins away

Beautiful, quiet flat in the delightful market town of Ampthill. Only minutes walk to Ampthill Park, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Conveniently situated for; Lockheed Martin and Millbrook, Greensand Ridge, M1 (jct 13 South or 14 North) Flitwick Train Station with direct trains to London every 15 minutes. Cranfield University Bedford Milton Keynes Woburn Abbey If the date you require isn’t available please message me. I have blocked some dates as I will need to arrange someone to do cleaning

Ashtree Annexe, part of the oldest house in town

An opportunity to stay in a refurbished old stable block, built in 1865 in the heart of the old Market Town, Baldock. With the station only a 7 min walk away you can be in Cambridge in 30 minutes and in London in an hour. Take a 5 min walk into the centre of town where there are coffee houses, pubs, other eateries and a large Tesco. The annexe has a large open kitchen, dining area and sofas, and upstairs is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room with ensuite shower rooms. The main house is close by

Bike storage available, off-street parking for one car. On the Chiltern bike route. Outside patio area and all mod cons. A comfortable place to take a break or commute to work. 15 minutes to the historic market town of Hitchin offering rail links to Kings Cross, London, 25 minutes from Luton Airport.

The Cottage at the Old Rectory

Cosy 3 bed grade 2 listed cottage attached to an Old Rectory, our family home set in over 7 acres of formal gardens and woodlands. The cottage has its own private garden area with tables and chairs, BBQ and fire pit. We also have a newly refurbished tennis court which we are happy for guests to use by arrangement. There are public footpaths accessed from the property. Unlimited secure off road parking. Close to Hitchin, Stevenage and Letchworth. London and Cambridge 30mins by train.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. There is also a Co-op store in the village. Fully refundable booking settings up to 5 days before stay

Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set its own garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras International) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town Stevenage

The Little Hop House, cute & cozy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a newly converted , self contained barn. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. A SMALL DOG MAY BE CONSIDERED ON REQUEST (£20) XMAS/LONGER TERM LETS by request please.
