This newly renovated ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the heart of the National Forest on Moira Road in Shellbrook, a hamlet within the area of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

Ryelands Retreat

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

The Coach House

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves

The Deere Pod

The Deere Pod... a brand new luxurious glamping style pod with a hot tub. Designed to offer a quality and comfortable stay when retreating to a countryside location on a farm. Two bedrooms that will sleep four (a king size bed and twin singles), a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), living dining space and shower room. Outside there is the enclosed private decking area where you'll find the hot tub to relax and unwind and the chimenea ideal for BBQs.

A dog friendly, barn conversion situated down a quiet country lane. The living space is an open plan, kitchen/diner and living room, with two en-suite bedrooms, one bedroom is downstairs, rooms can be made up as either Super King beds or twin rooms. The Kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an ice box. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators to the first floor. The Stables are a luxury conversion of a Timber & Brick Framed Stable with private parking & views over fields. We are next to the Canal with numerous beautiful walks & within walking distance to the Village centre with a Supermarket, Chinese take away & 2 superb village Pubs.
