Spacious luxury family home-garden patio gamesroom

The house is a 5-7 min walk to the beach. Richmond Beach House is in a great location. Waitrose-5 mins away, Addington Street - 3 mins away; which has cafes, a mix of shops and a couple of fabulous bars. The house is light, spacious, full of areas to relax, whether in front of an open fire or relaxing to watch a movie. The kitchen is open plan and chatting whilst cooking is encouraged. There are lots of great restaurants on the doorstep too. It is perfect for families (with kids) and big groups.

Albion Place is a beautiful Georgian property with stunning sea views. You are able to step outside the front door and stroll around Albion Place gardens and waterfall. The property has a cinema room and an outdoor kitchen. There are 5/6 bedrooms and can easily sleep 13 people. Ideal for several families to get together or to unite friends for a special occasion. Just a walk to the famous Ramsgate Sands and Royal Harbour and Tunnels. The high street is also very near for shops and restaurants.

Seaside Beach House + Smugglers Caves

love the seaside? This house is literally on the beach. Every room has full sea views. It is a heritage listed house with 3 double bedrooms and one bunk room. It has private smugglers caves, wood burning stove, brick bbq, wood burning pizza oven, a record player, space invaders and table football. This house has been specifically designed as a high end family house not a party house. I have a very good relationship with my neighbours and would like to keep it that way.
