This beautiful farmhouse is a single level home, next to acres of farmland and an apple orchard. Deer often come onto the backyard in the evenings, so you can enjoy the sunset next to the outdoor fireplace as you watch the wildlife. The house has been completely remodeled inside; the yard is being landscaped and updated.

This 1928 coal miner's home feels a little like going to Grandma's house. It is localed on a quiet street with pretty views from the hill behind the house. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers.

The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries.
