His sister The Queen Silver cottage has been a hit with our guests so, we we bringing this second amazing newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath, all tiled, fenced yard, full kitchen, living room, out door sitting and covered private parking to you!

The kitchen is cute and well equipped to cook a beautiful meal. The bathroom has been renovated recently and has a walk in shower. Downtown Clermont is a walk distance away separated by the 50 HWY. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. FWY, Studio is attached to the main house. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
