Overlooking the breathtaking fells & situated in a small Hamlet between two towns, Marni's Cottage offers a calm space perfectly positioned for stunning walks immediately out through the front door or to be used as a base to deeper explore the Lake District, an area of outstanding beauty. To the rear of the cottage is the iconic 140 mile C2C cycle path, which can be walked & leads into the coastal town of Whitehaven. Ennerdale with its beautiful remote & deep glacial lake, is only 5 miles away.

Catbells is a lovely, modern, detached bungalow in a quiet area in St Bees with a garage, a glass walled terrace overlooking the golf course, sea & village and use of a large games room with table tennis & darts. It has a suntrap back garden and is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday. Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. We have a well equipped cooks kitchen with Everhot range and a stocked larder. Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

Whitehaven boasts some excellent visitor attractions, specialist shops, bars & restaurants which are all within easy walking distance, as is the marina - the official starting point for the C2C cycle tour. Ideally located to explore the beautiful Lake District.

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.

It is also a perfect base to explore the Lakes- Ennerdale Water is less than 6 miles away, Wasdale, Borrowdale and Loweswater are also close.
