Just blocks from NCSU, Meredith, the Village District and pocket parks, this 2nd floor apartment has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay. Updated with new appliances, countertops and refinished floors, you'll be able to relax after enjoying the area. Bedroom has ensuite bath. King size bed Sealy Performance Mattress & 5 types of pillows. Room for 1 or 2 cars to park beside unit. This is the 2nd floor of a duplex behind a main house. The exterior and grounds are a work in progress.

Master suite is a studio like space with 5 minutes from downtown raleigh, Very close to Walnut Creek amphitheater. perfect for traveling nurses, long-term contract workers, visiting family etc. Small fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dishes. Master bathroom walk in shower, claw foot tub, full closet, kitchenette for longer stays NOTE we are getting some trees trimed and there is some yard debris (branches ) on the very back of the yard, we are also working on leveling it. Please be patient.
