Rudge's Retreat is truly our dream home! Newly constructed, our home offers a blend of natural beauty and modern comfort. It's a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in tranquil, breathtaking scenery. Highlights of the house are a well equipped kitchen, comfortable couches with 65" TV, gas fireplace, large windows offering panoramic views with french doors opening out to a large back porch to enjoy the fresh air in our new 4-person hot tub.

Welcome to our little cabin located in the picturesque town of Franklin, North Carolina. Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and unwind in the tranquility of the Mountains. Our cozy cabin offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. 985 sq ft, Starlink WIFI, AC, 1 BR in the main level and 1 Bed upstairs in the loft. There are 7 themed cabins and RV slips and 11+ acres to explore. Winding through the property is certified trout creek, a quirky petting zoo, fairy garden, hammocks and swings on and over the creek, giant connect four, chess and checkers, themed fire globes, BBQ grills. The property backs to the 580,000 acres of the Nantahala Forest in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains This cabin is directly on the creek! The Willow is a slice of paradise on the Valley River. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful riverfront property. Large green space for cornhole, tossing the football, and general merriment. Splash, swim or just float around in the river. Take a nap on the the waterfront deck to the sounds of the river and birds. Enjoy some time in downtown shops, restaurants, and breweries as well. World class whitewater rafting on the Ocoee and Nantahala are just minutes away.

The house is located in the quiet mountain neighborhood of Meadow View Estates but only about 10-12 min from the charming downtown of Franklin, North Carolina with plenty of activities to keep you and the family busy. The entire upper level is entirely yours with its own private entrance. Access requires steps. The parking is the only shared space since the lower level has a permanent resident.

Owl's Nest Retreat with Fishing

Nestled in the mountains of Hayesville NC you will find Owl’s Nest. A perfect retreat for 2 people, this one bedroom one bath apartment is located in the upper story of a large barn (no worries, as there are no animals below) . (Dry storage for motorcycles.) For those who love to fish there is a 2 acre stocked fishing pond with bass, catfish, sunfish & more (catch and release only), as well as approx 250’ of creek frontage on Tusquittee Creek for trout fishing.
