The apartment is within walking distance of all downtown Steamboat. Picturesque beauty is outside your door! Please note that the apartment doesn’t have a balcony or outdoor area but you are only steps away from the Yampa River trail. Apartment includes one designated parking space!

Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Nestled in the aspen and pines with private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4wd or AWD preferred travel in winter. The Marmots, will often make an appearance. Wildlife abounds, moose, deer, elk pronghorn, bear, wolf and fox as well as many species of bird call this special place home. The spacious deck overlooks the forest and the mountains as well as the warm water ponds.

High Country Hideaway - Cozy 2 BR on Main Street

It’s hiding in plain sight! This isn’t an office, it’s your High County Hideaway, with the fastest WiFi in Routt County, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a pipin’ hot shower, and access to the fine amenities of Oak Creek. There’s a pull out couch and an air mattress just in case. Have a stay in real cowboy country, away from the condos in Steamboat, but less than half an hour from the slopes.
