With plenty of warm days ahead, we're stoked for the upcoming season. Chuck's a private home on 7 sunny acres overlooking Mt Ascutney. Great for hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing- or R&R! A note about Airbnb fees: Airbnb shifted their 15.5% guest fees to the host. We had to raise our rate to compensate. We are loyal to offer accessible ski vacations for your friends & family at the cost of a hotel room! Dollars a day at Ascutney or on your Indy/Ikon/Epic pass. Hit up the 20% on longer stays.

Charming New England Cape

This is our family home, the house that I was born and raised in 73 years ago. Built by my parents in 1941, it has a beautiful back yard with a year round flowing stream with a footbridge, a couple of buildings that were a horse barn and playhouse from my youth, and even an old mill dam. Located just a few minutes to shopping (Grocery, Pharmacy etc) & the local hospital. Within 25 minutes to Okemo, and several other ski areas are within an hours drive! We hope that you will enjoy your stay!

Connecticut River-Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on the beautiful Connecticut River, nestled between fertile farmland and Skitchewaug Mountain with views abound. The cottage design utilizes a small footprint while offering functionality and basic comforts, including a small kitchen. Great for all seasons, close to Okemo, Sunapee, Ascutney and other worthy attractions. Hiking and snowshoeing options at your front door. Secrete fishing and swimming holes located on the property. Boat dock available upon request.

Sugar River Treehouse

Welcome to Sugar River Treehouse! If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, in the most unique, breathtaking, beautiful setting, you have found it. On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Newport Jail “Break”

Located in historic downtown Newport, centrally located on Main Street. Stay in the jail addition of the 1843 County Safe Building. Completely renovated. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores. 8 miles to Mount Sunapee. Enjoy your unique experience taking a jail “break” or prison “escape”. 2 original jail cells with new sets of comfortable bunk beds, lockers and a smart TV in each cell. Small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. LR/DR & 3/4 bath.

Cornish-Windsor Bridge Retreat with Amazing Views

Set on the edge of the Connecticut River, this 6-bedroom, 2.5-bath home boasts amazing river and mountain views from sprawling wrap-around porches. Built in 1849, it has been respectfully updated with modern luxuries including a walk-in shower room with a clawfoot bathtub overlooking views of the river and mountain scenery. This location is an excellent starting point for exploring the many fine regional destinations including Saint-Gaudens National Historic Park, just two miles North.

Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. The Loft at Weathersfield

Close to Okemo, The Loft at Weathersfield, is just 1/2 hour south of Woodstock / Hanover area and 22 minutes from Okemo Mountain. The Loft, is located in a private agricultural setting with easy access to Vermont's best biking, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, and many equine trails. The loft is 900 square feet with a kitchen/dining room, living room, full bath, one bedroom with a queen bed and one twin bed. There is a spacious deck off the kitchen and a car port underneath.
