The Bothy at Arndean

This delightful 5 * cottage enjoys a very convenient location, being within 45 minutes drive of Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling and Glasgow. In a quiet setting situated on a private estate. Forming 1 side of an attractive courtyard, opposite the owner's home on their country estate, Stylish furnishings, bright interior design and generous use of space make this cottage a relaxing and comfortable retreat after a day spent exploring the delightful surrounding area or participating in the wide range of outdoor activities. Fishing, shooting, hillwalking, ancient castles and battlefields and golf are all nearby. Several excellent restaurants are within 3 miles. The town of Dollar with good shopping is 2 miles away.

The Shooting Lodge Cottage

Charming cottage with all modern conveniences. Our WiFi is not reliable ( 4G signal) so if you need fast and good wifi it is not the place for you. 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. If you need more sleeping space the living room has a single sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, cooking stove. Shower room with shower, WC and basin We are in the countryside 1.7 miles from the village of Saline where there is a little convenience store.

Balgonar Cottage is away from it all yet just 40 minutes from Edinburgh. With its own self-contained garden, it is set in the grounds of small estate adjacent to a working farm. Here you can enjoy a peaceful rural environment in a truly central location. Glasgow and St Andrews are just an hour away while Stirling and Perth about 30 minutes. It is an ideal base for a family touring Scotland but equally is perfect for groups of workmates on temporary postings to anywhere in Central Scotland

Deer Park Cottage, Scottish Private Estate

Deer Park cottage is situated within the private Scottish estate garden and is surrounded by the deer park. It is the most secluded of cottages and offers a very private and natural hideaway. Powered by wood pellet boiler and on its own water system supplied from the Ochills you can feel completely at one with nature. On occasions you can wake up to deer grazing within feet of your bedroom window and be lulled to sleep by the hooting of owls or wind blowing through the trees.

Enjoy romantic walks directly from your front door, or take a day trip to nearby Loch Leven (8 miles) where the scenery is truly breathtaking. The property is also perfectly placed for visiting the famous golf courses at Gleneagles (12 miles).

The cottage is located between Falkirk and Stirling and there is a vast amount of local attractions within 10-15 minute drive.
