La casa è al centro di un giardino recintato, nella campagna toscana a pochi chilometri da Fiesole e da Firenze. E' un posto molto tranquillo, spazioso, fresco, ma si può raggiungere il centro di Firenze in meno di 20 minuti: lasciando l'auto alla piccola stazione ferroviaria di Fiesole/Caldine (2,4 km) e arrivando alla stazione di Firenze SMN, a poca distanza da piazza Duomo. L'abitazione è una porzione della villa, al piano inferiore si trova un secondo appartamento con ingresso indipendente.

Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
