NEW - Jacuzzi tub - 200 LEI/2 day stay The cabin is located in the beautiful village of Dealu Negru (Black Hill), 1 hour drive from the busy and growing city of Cluj-Napoca. Growing up on the property, the cabin represents a lifelong dream, built by the hands of my hard working father, whose talent you will notice in details all around the place (pay attention to the ceiling in particular, where you can notice mirrored wood panes, layed out carefully to represent the lenght of the tree).

Located on a pedestrian side of the Unirii Sqare right in the heart of the historic center, with most attractions, restaurants and caffee’s at your doorstep. Private entrance, thoughtfully designed interior with personal touches, exposed brick walls and artworks reflecting the host’s style and personality. Large couch, queen size double bed with flat mattress, soft linens. Private bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchenette with essential devices such as a microwave, a hot plate, and frige.

Old wooden barn, Cătunu' lui Victor

Why not step back in time and enjoy the beauty of the Transylvania countryside? Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Hanul Morii: Tiny Home II

'Hanul Morii' it's a cabin situated in the woods of Transilvania, Romania. The cabin used to be a countryside water mill and the home of a small family of farmers, built in 1918. It was renovated as a cabin for 17 people with a pool and a SPA area. Eventually we added two Tiny Homes close by. Please note that the Tiny Home doesn’t have access to SPA and the pool. It has easy access to E60 road, it’s about 75 km away from Cluj-Napoca and 83 km from Oradea.

City Center Horea Street Place

This bright, minimalist apartment is located in the city center, on the famous Horea Street, on the 2nd floor of a 20th-century building, a 5-minute walk from the Railway Station. UBB Faculty of Letters, Pediatric Hospitals 2 and 3, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Synagogue, and Reformed Church are just a few of the great sights to be found near the property. The location allows easy access by foot, to fully explore the historic center of the city.

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
