Located in the best neighborhood in Liepaja - safe, quiet. Very close to the BEACH, shopping centers, restaurant "Olive", pizzerias, pedestrian and a bicycles path. The 1-room freshly renovated apartment (35 m2) are located on the 3rd floor. BALCONY with a greenest view on park trees and sound of the birds and sea. Free parking by the house. 25 minutes walking distance from the Liepaja centre. Tram stop is very near. You are only short ride away from city centre.

Small but cosy apartment in the heart of Liepāja. Perfect for couples and family with kids. Near to Food market and 10 minute walk to seaside. The apartment is warm and cosy also at the winter time, because it has an automatic electric heater. And if you want you can always light the wood burning fireplace for an extra cosy feel. Kitchen has all the appliances that you need for a comfortable food preparation and there is also a high chair for children.

Dzīvoklis atrodas industriālā, bet mierīgā Liepājas rajonā uz galvenās ielas. Būs ērti nokļūt gan uz pilsētas centru, gan uz slaveno Karostas rajonu, braucot uz vienu vai otru Liepājas pusi. Studio dzīvoklis atrodas 4. stāvā (bez lifta). Dzīvoklis piemērots pārim, vai ģimenei ar bērniem. Pat gaišajā vasaras laikā gulēsiet mierīgi, pateicoties dzīvokļa tumšajiem aizkariem. The apartment is located in a separate building with a separate entrance and a terrace available only for this apartment! Quiet, closed yard! Comfortable for families with children or 2 couples. Apartment with two bathrooms, separate bedroom and a room with double bed, kitchen and living space. Great place 5 min. walking distance from the sea and city centre. A wonderful place to take relax!
