Ocean view apartment within one minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Surfers Paradise. The hearth of Surfers Paradise is just a 10 minute walk away, at stops with the Tram. BBQ and lounge are on the 41st floor, Gym on the 27th floor, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Plese our apartment is not a avaliable for parties. minimum age 20 For safety reasons is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Important: the air conditioning is currently out of order. Please don't book if this is an issue.
