Lounge on the plush furnishings, enjoy access to the gym, pools, and sauna, or sit out on the balcony as the sun sets on the horizon. * Kindly note the red sofabed in the study room is replaced with two single beds. • Located above 36 level, 180-degree large balcony facing the Gold Coast's glamorous riverfront view and cityscape, unobstructed view of the beautiful cityscape and distant mountain views. • Enjoy your [free Wi-Fi] and [free parking] • The apartment has been recently renovated with new flooring and new furniture. The whole apartment is equipped with motorised electric blinds and air-conditioning. • The Master Bedroom has a King size bed. There is a King Spa in the bathroom - Enjoy your lazy afternoon in the bubble bath with a glass of wine with an amazing view. There is a big balcony north facing to catch the morning sun and relax on and a balcony off the bedroom where you can sit and sip your morning coffee. • The Living room is spacious and bright with a nice lounge area to watch our Samsung 55' Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube. a Double size sofa bed in the common area can also accommodate 1~2 extra guests. • Complimentary linen and bath towels provided. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and laundry powder to get you started. The apartment is also equipped with a washer and a dryer. • The entire residence is yours to enjoy privately - NOT shared. • You will enjoy free access to all Mantra Circle on Cavill facilities. Including 3 swimming pools, a gym, outdoor Jacuzzi, BBQ Area, sauna & steam room, playground and game room. • Free Wi-Fi • Free parking slot in underground garage, maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres • I will reply your messages in time. • I can communicate in English and Chinese Surfers Paradise is a fun and vibrant neighborhood. Walk to the beach for a day of exciting water activities in the sparkling Pacific Ocean or head to the business district to enjoy delicious local foods and lively bars. • 5 minutes walk to the famous beach(Surfers Paradise). Excellent Restaurants and pubs downstairs. Shopping mall and supermarket across the street. Plus the city railway downstairs. • The light rail(G-link) Cavill Ave station just downstairs. The G-link runs from Broadbeach through Surfers Paradise and Southport to the Gold Coast hospital and runs every 7 minutes. You may purchase tickets from each station or purchase a GO card from any 7-11 general store. • The traffic is very convenient. Most Airport shuttle bus and tourist can be picked up you here, you may also convince to take Uber or taxi here. • When you arrive, it's free parking during your stay. • Payment- You "Submit a booking" which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. Do not worry at all :) • Deposit- Airbnb does not charge the damage deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. • Wi-Fi is included at no charge. • Parking is included at no charge. Maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres. Your apartment includes one complimentary car space in the Circle Mantra Residents Parking basement below your apartment. Understandably more than one car may visit with your booking. If pre-arranged we can help with further parking for you. • Exit-cleaning only. Extra daily-cleaning cost AU$100/each.

Stay in a peaceful, acreage retreat on the Gold Coast. Our bright, airy, one bedroom unit is on the lower level of our home and is completely separate with your own entry and parking space. It has one large bedroom with a queen and single bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, dining and lounge room that over looks the pool. Enjoy the leafy surrounding area while being centrally located on the Gold Coast. A light breakfast pack is provided and there are many cafes and restaurants close by.
