"Oak Meadows" - Alresford, Essex

Our traditional timber cabin is nestled within the charming countryside of North-East Essex. This rural retreat for two promises a perfect blend of comfort and convenience making it ideal for a relaxing break. The cabin stands alone in our garden with lake and rural views. From the cabin, scenic walks and cycling paths with vast open skies beckon. Nature enthusiasts and dog walkers will be thrilled by the birds and wildlife in our area and the stunning views around the local lakes.

The Pickers' Lodge

Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. Just a short walk away you can pick up supplies from Lathcoats Farm Shop or use The Bee Shed Coffee House for breakfast or lunch. The Picker's Lodge offers a kettle, toaster, microwave and everything you need for something quick and easy in the evening or visit a local pub or restaurant, plenty to choose from!

Log Cabin Getaway

Log Cabin getaway with hot tub and fire pit! Come and stay in a countryside log cabin, with your own private hot tub and fire pit. Inside is heated by a cosy log burner for an authentic feel too. Perfect location for countryside walks, but also close enough to walk into the local town. The beach is also only a short drive away, so the location fits the bill for all! *Onsite indoor swimming pool and games room/cinema room available for hire, please message for further details*

The Orchard Hadleigh 3 Bed Luxury Log Cabin

Please ensure your trip is inline with current government regulations. One of 3 luxury lodges nestled within the Cherry Orchard. The lodge sleeps 6 people with lovely views, its own private hot-tub, large decking area, outside seating & sun loungers. The lodge is well equipped with everything you need, including coffee machine, smart TV, log burner ,large fridge freezer and DVD player. About a 20 minute walk into Hadleigh, which has a selection of pubs and restaurants.

Garden Cabin

The cabin is in our garden and our 3 dogs are usually running around, so please bear this in mind before booking; not suitable for anyone nervous of dogs. The main room is living/dining/kitchen, with a small study attached. The bedroom has a shower room en-suite. There’s a little fenced off private garden to the side and back of the cabin. Lovely walking around the salt marshes and sea wall, good pubs nearby and lots to do in the area. A car is recommended.

The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.

Owl - 1 bedroom cabin

Owl cabin is a luxury glamping 1 double bedroom cabin. Owl cabin can comfortably sleep 2 people but also has the capacity to sleep up to 4 upon request. The cabin contains a lounge and dining area, a kitchen area, a shower room and a W.C. The cabin is situated in the heart of Essex countryside next to a peaceful lake. You have a private wood fired hot tub to enjoy. We have 5 cabins in total and are located on an arable farm. Postcode CB10 2XG.

Short walks to local pubs and restaurants, close to local wedding venues such as Crondon Park, Downham Hall and Stock Brook Manor, and a 5 min taxi ride from Billericay which has a lively nightlife.
