Wivenhoe flat - with parking - near shops

Great base for working, visiting the area or relatives. Short walk to Essex University, 3 miles to Colchester and local villages. A practical first floor flat in Wivenhoe with double bedroom, lounge, sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of parking behind the flat, TV and unlimited broadband. A brilliant shop opposite, a friendly pub next door and bus stop outside with lots of other pubs and shops nearby. Nice walk down to the River Colne and have a drink or meal at the Rose & Crown.

This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. Fawkes Perch is a self-contained studio apartment furnished in a contemporary style in West Mersea. It's a 5 minute walk from the beautiful monkey beach.The apartment is below our own flat and is one large room, with a king size double bed and a large corner sofa-bed. It has a small kitchen too. The property is ideal for a couple but the sofa bed in the room which would be ideal for children but would be a bit cosy for four adults in the room unless you all knew each other really well!

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

Longleat

Ideal location whether you are visiting Clacton for business or leisure. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the sea front. The town centre supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and so is the town centre. There is off-road parking for 1 car. Aside from the beach, popular local amenities include the pier and arcades as well as the cinema (£3.50) and there are plenty of great local restaurants. All within easy walking distance.
