Access all the amenities including 2 large living rooms with 85 inch and 70 inch TVs, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms connected by closet and hallway. One bedroom connected to master bedroom via sliding door.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Clean, Cozy, Happy New Home in North Merced

I would love to host your stay in North Merced. I want everyone to have a comfortable and safe place to stay. With the ease of digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking through the app, you will not need to interact with anyone in person. Of course, if you need anything, I am always a text or phone call away. Our cleaning service is trained to properly disinfect and deep clean the house before and after your stay. The home is fully furnished with new furniture and dishes.

Enjoy this calm, stylish space. Centrally located in the heart of California, you are just about two hours from everything: Yosemite, Monterey/Santa Cruz beaches, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Great America, Marine World, Sacramento. Also, within ten minutes is UC Merced and Mercy Hospital, along with quaint downtown Merced, and plenty of wine country nearby. It's only one hour to Fresno, Modesto, or Gold Country. This beautiful home has everything a you might need for a pleasant stay.
