A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

if you want to stay 100 metres from East Tce & the beautiful Rymill Park, within walking distance of Rundle Mall & the Botanic Gardens, this cosy apartment is the ideal place. You'll have a good kitchen, washer/dryer, great shower, TV & comfortable bed. You could go for a walk & find all night entertainment,relax with a good book or admire the views to the hills beyond from the balcony. On the 7th floor of a quiet complex, right in the CBD of Adelaide, with a great little cafe downstairs.
