Big screen TV's, comfortable seating, memory foam mattresses, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, high speed internet & TV. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Master bedroom has a king size bed, the two other bedrooms have queen sized beds. All beds have memory foam mattresses Conveniently located half a mile from Withlacoochee State Trail. A short drive to Crystal River and Fort Island Beach.

This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad
