The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

Pippa's Cottage is our self contained detached annexe with private roof terrace, just over a mile from the centre of the pretty market town of Cirencester. We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.
