Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

You will find quiet, two sun loungers and a table in the garden to enjoy the tranquility of the place. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families and for business travelers. There is a parking for 2 cars and i will give you a PASS that allow you to park without paying in the streets of the centre.
