The property is on two levels; from the large parking area you can already be fascinated by the enchanting panorama and up a staircase lined with white flowers beds, you enter the first terrace / solarium shaded by a majestic pergola; you can relax in total privacy and quiet in the heated whirlpool jacuzzi in both summer and winter, on the other side a beautiful new semi-covered garden. A few stairs separate the lower floor. Here another large terrace, great for dining during the wonderful summer evenings serenaded by cicadas and unique sunsets, an area where you can take advantage of the barbecue or even experiment your cooking with an authentic wood-burning oven. There is only fun to be had! The interiors are spacious, the living room is comfortable, the 2 double bedrooms with balcony are perfect to wake up in the morning to a breath-taking view... the sun it penetrates from the terrace in front of you and warms you gently. Then a small single room, perfect for kids and another double bed room with a little window. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds pots, pans and dishes so that our guests can cook and enjoy their stay in total autonomy, feeling at home. In addition, the two bathrooms are well finished and decorated in a unique style, one with a large shower and comfortable seats. You will have the opportunity to experience our traditions with a Lemon tour with tasting of liquors and products in a local lemon garden where you can experience our territory as a local instead of a visitor and make your own special Limoncello. If you are a sporty type and love trekking, you cannot miss the many paths that cross the Amalfi coast from Agerola to Positano, The path of the Gods, Amalfi to Ravello, valle delle ferriere path, here you can lose yourself in nature and dive into the most pristine landscapes. La "Cianciosa", un nido nella natura

La "Cianciosa", anticamente una stalla, ora è la dependance della casa di Ettore e Melina. Ristrutturata nel 2020, si trova in una verde valle nel parco nazionale del Cilento in una tenuta di 3 ettari, con uliveto, bosco e alberi da frutto. E' la base ideale da cui raggiungere località di mare e di montagna. La "Cianciosa" è il posto migliore per un sano relax in tutte le stagioni, dotata di tutti i comfort, con aria condizionata, camino, riscaldamento a radiatori, scaldaletto, lavatrice.

Conca dei Marini is a charming fishing village very peaceful, Moorish Villa is perched above the gulf with an amazing view over the sea in a terraced garden surrounded by bougainvillea flower. It is perfectly situated to enjoy all the amentites and pleasures of the coast without compromising your peace and serenity. The floor of the house is covered with hand made ceramic tiles and the interior is white dome-shaped ceiling.
