Relax in a peaceful annex minutes from Blenheim Palace, Woodstock & Oxford close by. With countryside views, parking, complimentary breakfast provisions & underfloor heating, an ideal base for exploring or working. Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace, Witney, Kidlington, Oxford all very close & easy travelling to Bicester Village, Diddly Squat Farmshop, The Farmers Dog and Cotswold villages.

Country Cottage 2 - Oxford/Cotswolds/Bicester

Idylically situated 8k Central Oxford, 5k Summertown, 8kWoodstock/Blenheim Palace, 20k Burford (gateway to The Cotswolds) 15mins Bicester Village. Overlooking the historic St Peters church they have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom with a private ensuite wet room. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living room, breakfast bar and desk.

The Walkers rest

Close to an area of outstanding natural beauty that is West Oxfordshire. A pretty and easy space to relax or use as a base to explore on foot, cycle or beyond, by rail. On the edge of the Cotswolds in one direction and not too far for shopping in the other, you could consider your options while walking across the countryside for a meal in one of the nearby villages. We don’t have a shop or pub here, but a twenty minute walk or five minute drive will get your essentials we haven’t thought of.

Situated just 10 miles northwest from historic Oxford, and just a 20 minute walk from Blenheim Palace and a 10 minute drive to the pretty market town of Woodstock, this is the ideal place to stay and explore the Cotswolds and surrounding countryside. Situated on the edge of Combe village overlooking the valley, sit back and relax in our calm, stylish space. Or take on some of the magnificent walking and cycling available from the doorstep. You'll be staying in a newly built annex within the grounds of our house. The property has everything we would want when we go away and is a luxury home from home. Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, within walking distance of Blenheim Palace and an easy train, bus or car ride into Oxford.

Cosy Cotswolds Cottage

A cosy Cotswolds getaway nestled in the small village of Combe - perfect for exploring this beautiful area. Thyme Cottage offers a romantic, luxurious escape in a tranquil setting. We are a 10 minute drive from Blenheim Palace and Estelle Manor, 20 mins from Soho Farmhouse and 30 mins from Daylesford and Oxford's dreaming spires. The cottage has been fully restored to a modern country style and equipped with luxury British brands including 100 Acres, Soho Home and Daylesford Organic.

Secret little hideaway - with proximity to Oxford

Situated on the Oxfordshire/ Cotswold borders this wonderful property sits in the middle of the village of Cassington. The property is self-catering- but the village boasts two pubs, one caters food. There are no other amenities but a short 5 minute drive will take you to the village of Eynsham or Yarnton where you can get most things. Property is an 8 minute drive to the Blenheim Palace, or walking out of the village you can catch a bus to Oxford city, or the historic town of Witney.

Guest Suite at the oval

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in the garden of our main home at the Oval. Perfect for short stays, this annex provides privacy while remaining part of our property. Self-contained for convenience with en-suite shower room, open living/kitchen area, and log burner for cosy winter months. Guests have private parking allocated opposite the house. Please note: This annex is part of our main residence and is available for short-term lets on an ad hoc basis

Situated within a stone's throw of Blenheim Park and St Martins Church the burial place of Sir Winston Churchill. 1.25 miles from Woodstock Town centre with its excellent range of restaurants. Oxford city centre approximately 8 miles and the retail park at Bicester village outlet approximately 14 miles. Comfortable super king zip and link bed, sofa, fitted kitchen, shower room, garden and parking area. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers.

Ground floor flat with & disabled friendly accommodation. A/C in both bedrooms. The gateway to the Cotswold & Blenheim Palace. 8 min walk to town. Opposite Pure Gym, McDonald's Tesco & Premier Inn. Secure parking with the use of EV charger (£25/pn) Free cancellation till the day before, because if you happy we are happy. Check-in and out times are suited to make you enjoy you stay. GO-taxis or Harvey can take you to Caswell house, Pubs, & restaurants etc.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
