It is a place where you can unplug, recharge and reconnect with the beauty of the local Yucatecan environment. Chuburna is a tiny fishing village with approx. 2800 residents. Every detail about Casa Ixtul has been carefully curated to ensure a relaxing and restful stay. Stay a few days, a week or two at Casa Ixtul. The longer you stay, the more you relax and reconnect with yourself and nature.

Es una pequeña casa frente al mar con terraza y estacionamiento propio, cuenta con todos los servicios (agua caliente, cocina, wifi, televisión y aire acondicionado) la cual la hace ideal para un fin de semana o estancias cortas. Cuenta con una sala de estar, un dormitorio con su propio baño (tocador independiente), una cama matrimonial, varios hamaqueros y por fuera un pequeño asador y regadera. Wake up to the view of the ocean, open the glass doors and enjoy the fresh sea air. Ground floor with ocean views from the bedroom, kitchen and living room. Fully equipped 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom in a 2-story house. AC in bedroom, bathroom with hot water, private oceanfront terrace. The courtyard with pool, as well as the covered parking is shared with the upstairs apartment. We strive to create a peaceful, relaxing environment. Maximum occupancy is limited to two (2) adults.
