Στη περιοχή Ψαριανά κοντά στον Ναό της Κοίμησης και στην αφετηρία λεωφορείων, ενα πλήρως αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα-μεζονέτα ενός υπνοδωματίου με εσωτερική σκάλα.Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας τριών ατόμων. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για διαμονή καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα. Μόνο 250 μέτρα από λιμάνι και 350 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο). Δεν χρειάζεται αμάξι για να γνωρίσεις την Ερμούπολη αφού περπατώντας μπορείς να απολαύσεις το μπάνιο σου στην παραλία «Αστέρια».

The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. There is a bus stop near the house and connection between Hermoupolis(the capital town), the port and other villages and beaches. Feel like home and enjoy your stay at my place !

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.
