Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

A 240sqm architecturally designed home nestled between two of Christchurch’s favourite beaches. This beautifully sun drenched, light & open planned home is six years old & right on the Coastal walkway. A 30 second walk takes you to a small reserve with seating right on the ocean. Located in a quiet garden setting, & with large bifold doors opening onto a sun drenched deck.. Again a 30 second walk to the local shops& cafē’s It’s a short 15 min walk to Sumner surf beach, cinema, more cafes and wonderful restaurants. I’m on the direct bus route frm Christchurch International Airport.
