Schönes Studio mit Pool und Ausblick

Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist bei uns richtig. Unser gepflegtes Studio bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Wir haben eine tolle Aussicht, die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel. Das Studio besteht aus einem Schlaf-&Wohnraum mit Doppelbett, Satellitenfernseher, Kochecke, Kühlschrank, Duschbad, ca. 20 qm, plus Veranda. Der Eingang ist separat von der Veranda aus. Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Die Reinigung ist inklusive und erfolgt einmal wöchentlich.

The apartment is a maisonette with a living room, kitchen and w/c on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor it has 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and storage room for the washing machine. It is only 4 kilometers from the airport 5 kilometres from the city center. Right next door you will find a supermarket, a bakery and a bus stop. From the apartment you can easily go to the beautiful beaches of our island.

Μπροστά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο. Πίσω υπάρχει μικρός ελαιώνας με άνετο χώρο στάθμευσης, μπάρπεκιου και μικρός λαχανόκηπος που όλα το προιόντα του προσφέρονται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες. Ο χώρος είναι μοναδικός, ιδανικός για χαλάρωση και ήρεμες διακοπές.

Vista del Mar

Our house is located in Perama area of Corfu, in a unique location overlooking the Ionian Sea and Pontikonisi (Mouse Island). It is a detached house with a garden by the sea, so a few steps lead directly to the beach. You can spot the airplanes as the airport is close.The city center takes a 10-minute car drive. There is a bus stop to the city and South Corfu right next to the entrance of the house. Small pets are also welcome,after consultation.

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.
