Επίσης, υπάρχει δημοτικό πάρκινγκ ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα μας και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες της χώρας -μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια- σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες και εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων, και στάσεις λεωφορείου.

Our beautiful Villa Baya is a 70 sqm brand new island house incorporating all modern facilities and accommodating up to 4 persons! It has a suite double bedroom with wonderful views of the sea, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant shower bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. But the most important part of the house is its large terrace with an uninterrupted view of the landscape of Ios, the nearby island Sikinos and the endlessblue of the Aegean Sea!

Perfect for those that don’t want many steps to climb to get to their accommodations. Newly added and renovated in 2023 with boutique hotel type finishes. NOTE: since close to lounge and pedestrian path, can be noisy at night. Not for light sleepers.
