Focus on the breathtaking panoramic view of the Port, Chora and Santorini. The endless blue of the Aegean sea unfolds at your feet. Just a 3 minutes drive from Ios port and 8 min drive to Chora. We recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or atv, in order to explore all the beautiful beaches and Ios scenery. Feel free to enjoy your privacy with a great view.

Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θεά στην θάλασσα και μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα γραφικά σοκάκια της χώρας! Επίσης, υπάρχει δημοτικό πάρκινγκ ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα μας και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες της χώρας -μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια- σούπερ μάρκετ, αρτοποιεία, καφετέριες και εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, ενοικιάσεις αυτοκινήτων, και στάσεις λεωφορείου.

A stylish house at Ios that has beautiful, panoramic sea and sunset view.It is only 5 minutes walking to the beach or the famous Pool club Pathos. The house expands in 3 levels using a few stairs. Ground Level has Master bedroom with double bed,1 bunk bed and bathroom Middle level (this level has the balcony) has 1 double bed and designed as an open space with Upper level where is the kitchen area with dining table. Please note that only one bedroom is private with a door that locks.

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house. Enjoy the magnificent sunset, the serenity of the sea and discover the beauty at the narrow streets of Ios! We can host groups up to 16 people on our villas!

Située légèrement en hauteur, vous bénéficierez d'une vue panoramique sur Kampos (la campagne), Chora (le village), le port et enfin la plage. Tout cela dans une quiétude absolue, loin de la vie animée du village, mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, nous n'acceptons pas les groupes d'étudiants.

Minimal Cycladic decor, spacious and modern with all amenities, ideal for a couple or a four member family with a double bed and two built single bed/couches. The double space bungalow is approximately 40sq meters with a large veranda looking on to a garden of olive trees.
