“Penelope House ”Beautiful traditional stone house

In one of the most beautiful places of south Crete, far away from mass Tourism this Traditional Stone House in the Heart of Cretan Nature, surrounded from Olive trees, Sea and mountains promise you to spend the relaxed and calm time you need. The house is very well equipped from kitchen accessories till extra native oil from the olive trees the house is surrounded. Everything can be used by guests. The house is 200 meters from the beach away and some minutes driving away from lonely beaches.

House Elia is in a nice environment. It has a private garden with a nice terrace that you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee. It is situated 10 meters from sea and in walking distance there is a supermarket and nice Taverns. For the lovers of healthy diet, can try freshly cut vegetables from the garden that are grown by my mother......Surely the house ELIA make the difference because of greek coffee who is ofered by my mother[zaxarenia] and the traditional homemade food.

The Kapsali

Terra Skouros is a newly built beach house unit of two twin maisonettes, Terra Skouros I and Terra Skouros II. The unit is located in a 6.000 m2 olive grove in South Crete. It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. It has a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and it's own yard. The house can accommodate 2-3 people (with a spare bed). In the olive grove there are also two small houses which are for rent (Giardino e Mare I & II). The owners spend some days every year in a house in the property.

A peaceful and cosy independent apartment located in the beautiful and quiet village of Tertsa (80 km south of the city of Heraklion) with a garden view. It is located on the ground floor with a wooden patio surrounded by trees. You also have access to the garden where you can pick local vegetables with which we can cook local dishes together.
