新房子设施也都很新，在别墅区，很安静，出门去哪里都方便，我们到的时候很晚了，房东特意让阿姨过来接待。小朋友很喜欢玩泳池，水很干净

We had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly house! The facilities were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the space. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

The place was absolutely wonderful , clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen gated Community. Von den Nachbarn haben wir so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein 7-Eleven. Ece hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und konnte uns immer weiterhelfen :). Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kommt in ca. 25 min dorthin, wo mehr los ist (Restaurant, Massagen, kleine Shops). Zum Strand würden wir empfehlen ein Taxi zu nehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

管家特别热情礼貌，积极帮我们解决问题，尽可能满足我们的需求， 但是厨房的用具不太干净，可能是之前的住户没有清理干净 泳池很大，房间也很大，每个房间都有单独的卫生间，小区不在市中心，但是用 grab 打车订外卖很方便，适合一家老小来度假

Chai had a great place.. and everything we could imagine of needing.. and things which we did not think of but he has taken an effort and kept those things there as well.. from the well placed toiletries to the bed linen.. the stay was awesome.. would definitely stay again to feel right at home!!! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was responsive and even allowed us to drop our bags early, which was very convenient. The bedrooms on the top floor shared only 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms, rest were in ground floor, which could be a bit challenging for larger groups. The property was clean, and essential toiletries like body wash and shampoo were provided. While utensils were available, we noticed a lack of some basic cookware essentials like spoons, spatula (couldn't find then in kitchen). Also, there’s no RO water system, so you’ll need to purchase your own water. The Wi-Fi coverage was great, and the property is located in a peaceful gated community, with excellent cooperation from security for cab entries and exits. The AC units were a bit old but worked perfectly. We paid a deposit when checking in, which was returned to us on check-out day. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for groups and families looking for a comfortable, secure stay

My stay at those 2 villas was really enjoyable The villas are beautifully designed. It s big clean comfortable and quiet . The kitchen is fully equipped, but we choose the nearby dining options which are fantastic. One of the highlights of the villas is the outdoor area. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the private jacuzzi is big enough for 6 people . With the garden in the background it provides a serene space to relax. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the patio, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location is quite good—close enough to local attractions and the beach but far enough from the night life for a good sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests smooth and easy. Overall, this villa is ideal for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

we had a great stay here. would definitely return . fun pool and slide. The house is as advertise, great for a family stay, the poolside bedroom doesnt have a shower/bathroom. But there is a bathroom on the bottom floor. Overall a very nice house . Host is very responsive
