We enjoyed our stay in Jerry’s place on Miramar Beach. Jerry was very responsive and his onsite property manager handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. The property was as described and landscaped nicely. Very pet friendly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and you can walk there. Lots of restaurants around too. We were there for 4 weeks. We happened to be there for the historic snow of 2025 and it made it fun!

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

The was the best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. This place was amazing! We were in awe at the home! The beds were also very comfortable. We didn’t want to get up haha. Ronin was very responsive. It was so much wonderful! We definitely want to stay here again whenever in town! Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Everything is exactly as pictured.

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

We had a great time nice clean space just like the photos private back yard. I did feel a tad bit close to the neighbors when in the pool I just thought we were disturbing them but we enjoyed it neighbors were friendly

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Everything was clean and the host was excellent. I will definitely check them out for future bookings. 10/10

We visited during spring break and enjoyed our stay at Marcie’s place! We’ve stayed in the complex once before in a different unit and we preferred hers. It is at the back of the complex but that did not make the walk any longer than an additional minute than the last unit we stayed in. She was quick to respond and let us know ahead of time that we could have an early check in (which was very appreciated since we were driving in and it was storming). Our only negative was that we kept forgetting to take Moses on our adventures! Now we’ll have to stay again so we can include him! Thanks again, Marcie! :)

This condo was perfect for my work trip for the weekend and very close to the beach.

The home was very clean and super comfortable. Alma and Michael had a binder filled with any and all information you may need. They were extremely helpful and super easy to reach if/when needed.

We absolutely loved staying at the Dragos’ condo!!! So conveniently located!!! My granddaughter was playing in a soccer tournament and it was a 2 min ride and the beach was very close!!! Highly recommend staying here!!! We will be back!!!

Dan’s place is clean, quiet and had everything anyone would need to enjoy staying in Fort Walton Beach. We would recommend his place because he thought of everything to make it a great experience. A 5 star host.!!

Listing was as pictured. Beautiful views, clean, had everything you would need. Only complaint I have is our power went out for 6 hrs and when I contacted the host for compensation for that night the host didn’t want to offer compensation whatsoever. I do understand it is not the host’s fault that the power went out but it was definitely a inconvenience, it was late at night so it was dark, we couldn’t charge phones or take a shower, cook, watch tv, my elderly father couldn’t use his breathing machine etc but other than that in general i would recommend. It was a great stay minus that night.

The condos location was amazing! Very clean and accommodating. We did have some issues with pool bracelets but Markietta was very helpful and readily available. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

literally my only issue is there were no blankets for my kids to use when sleeping on the sofa bed but everything else was perfect!

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The condo had everything we needed and more. We especially loved being able to walk straight from the back porch onto the beach - no stairs or elevators or hallways made it easy to take a quick walk on the beach, set up for the day, or go back and forth as needed throughout the day! The beach service chairs and umbrella were also a very nice amenity that we utilized every day. Super convenient! Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

I only gave 4 stars because the toilet had not been cleaned. I cleaned it myself with the cleaning products that were under the sink and the floors thru out the house had not been mopped. I walked on it barefoot and my feet were very dirty. Also the bed pillows were very flat. For the price and convenience to the beach I would definitely stay at Garys place again.

My kids and I had a wonderful, relaxing, entertaining weekend. We were able to bond and enjoy family time within the sitting of our choice. Inside of a beautiful home that was fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. We will be booking our next stay here without a doubt. Love the surroundings, people we came across were all so friendly, all the activities you have available to you within this location, and the Beach is literally right across the street.
