Charming Beach Cottage with Private Beach Gate

Cozy beach cottage in the gated resort community of Maravilla. Private community pools, private access to beach, tennis and other amenities. 5 bedrooms including two with king beds with room for cribs. Bright, airy and cheerful. Parents, home is located on a non through- traffic section of the community. Minimal traffic out front for kids to play without worry of cars. Fully equipped kitchen with full washer/dryer. I have a 2nd home one door over if you need more houses called Pink Pearl.

Spacious house on a quiet street, in close proximity to; Choctawhatchee Bay, a public access beach (2 miles), Uptown Station and downtown Fort Walton Beach for shopping, dining, and libations. Destin is just a $15 Uber/Lyft ride across beautiful Okaloosa Island where you can enjoy all the festivities the famous HarborWalk has to offer. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This charming home is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across the street. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Cottage is great for families (with kids) big groups. Need more room? Named "Angle of Repose" because the home was built in the best lot in the neighborhood on the south side closest to the beach and angled with the lagoon-style pool so close it is visible from the two balconies of the home! As a new construction in 2014, it is also one of the newest homes in this coveted community.

Beautiful quaint beach house off the beaten path yet close to everything! It’s Peace at the Beach. Soak up the sun! House has upscale furnishings, it’s very private! This is a short 2 mile drive to the beach, but not very walkable. North of Hwy. 98. Super close to upscale shopping on Grande Blvd! Fine dining, movie theater. 9 miles to Seaside, Grayton, Watercolor! Come hang with the cool people!
