Peaceful and centrally located at The Dolphins on the beachfront, with panoramic views of Horseshoe Bay, this upstairs apartment offers a slice of scenery and position rarely available at Port Elliot's best family beach. Plenty of room in the backyard for the kids to play around in and car park space Just a hop, skip & jump to the local beach. Coles and Aldi are just up the road, and the town of Victor is only a 5 min drive, to local cafes and restaurants . Middleton is a 10 min drive as is Horseshoe Bay.
