Set in a large private garden, with views of the woods behind, you will find your stay a peaceful and enjoyable one. This one bedroom annex has a king size bed, with the option of a day bed which converts to a single bed. We also provide a TV, books and games for your entertainment. The annex also has its own self contained kitchen, with tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a minibar.

This listing is for The Garden Room, a self contained, no smoking double room with ensuite shower. Situated in the back garden of the owners home, with access via the side gate of our house. Only 10 minute walk from the train station. Private parking, ev charge possible( fee applies). Inside, there is a small double sofa bed (120 x 190cm. Wooden slatted base, pocket sprung mattress) and sofa. TV. with Netflix. Please note, NO KITCHEN facilities. Patio area with comfy seating.

Good Mondays Farm is 10 mins off the M4, ideal for visiting the wealth of attractions in the Cotswolds. The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. The bedrooms have large beds dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets, all with smart TVs, free wifi and a desk. The bathrooms are furnished with a cast iron bath and/or a monsoon shower with Egyptian cotton white fluffy towels.

My home is a lovely 2 double bedroom house in central Chippenham, situated close to the train station. It is comfortable, warm, spotless and fully equipped. Cinema, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance and there is a fabulous park over the road with tennis courts and play equipment for children. The small garden is a private, quiet, south facing sun trap.
