Detached space with secure WiFi, off-road sheltered parking & private entrance, perfect for self-catered stays and business trips. Situated in a picturesque village backing onto open fields and a short walk from The Crown pub. Just 2 miles from Haddenham & Thame train station (direct links to Oxford & London), 15 minutes from M40 motorway & 4 miles north of Thame. Not suitable for infants.

Charming Grade II Listed Cottage

Welcome to our cosy cottage in the heart of the Chiltern countryside. Full of charm & character, this historic retreat is often described as “The Holiday Cottage”. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a base to explore the rolling hills & local villages, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and make lasting memories. The cottage is over 350 years old so please be mindful it is quite rustic and the staircase is steep. A starter bundle of firewood will be provided free of charge.

A 17th Century Hay Barn 7 miles from Oxford and in the same village as ‘Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons’. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on your own private terrace before strolling to dinner at this famous Cotswold stone Manor. Fully wheelchair accessible & with private parking this unique property is the perfect place for a few days away walking in the nearby Chilterns, exploring Oxford’s Colleges & Cafes, visiting Art & Literary Fairs or attending appointments at Oxford’s many leading hospitals.

Tucked into the Chilterns, The Old Stable is a bright, vaulted 17th Century barn conversion. Lavished with love & attention to detail - inside you'll find a king sized bed, a huge power shower, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and dishwasher) and Smart TVs with Netflix. Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. We were on BBC's Countryfile! 3rd May on BBC iPlayer for a peek.

The Old Music Studio - retreat with tennis court

A stay in our former music studio is an immersion in nature. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

Peaceful village location with own entrance

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

Luxury self-contained annexe on the edge of the Chilterns, situated in the peaceful countryside which can be enjoyed from the hot tub, yet only 5 mins to the M40, 15 mins to Oxford Park & Ride & 15 mins to the station with trains to London taking 45 mins. It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

Flat conversion in peaceful setting

The "Old Snooker Hall" is located in the lovely village of Tetsworth, approx 10 minute drive from the market town of Thame and 25 minutes from Oxford city centre. It offers modern, spacious and light accommodation for 2-3 people, benefitting from it's own entrance and private back garden with views over the fields. A parking space on our driveway is included. If you're looking for a peaceful break away, the Old Snooker Hall is just what you need!

Chiltern Retreat | Relax, Stay & Explore

Set in a peaceful rural location near Saunderton Station, this family-friendly home offers scenic countryside walks and nearby golf courses. Ideally placed for exploring Coombe Hill, Chequers, Waddesdon Manor, the Hellfire Caves and the Roald Dahl Museum, all just a short drive away. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, 65-inch TV, utility room and downstairs bathroom, providing comfort, space and everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The Pool House at Upper Farm (near Thame/Oxford)

Enjoy the tranquillity and seclusion of our spacious pool house chalet, complete with private seasonally heated (1 May to 30 September) outdoor swimming pool and all year round hot tub Jacuzzi spa, located on our 30 acre farm and equestrian centre in the rural hamlet of Henton on the outskirts of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.
