Rosewood Beach House - 5 stars for Sparkling Clean

Located in Rehoboth Beach, Rosewood Beach House is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach (1.6 miles) with no need to get on Route 1 - just take the underpass and then Church Street. 2 summer season Rehoboth parking passes provided to guests. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms and sleeps 12 with 3.5 baths. There is a living room, indoor beach relaxation room, large kitchen, yoga deck, screened deck and a backyard w/grill and fire table. Parking for 4 cars.

View the sunrise on the Chesapeake Bay side on the right and watch the sunset on Milford Haven on the left. Property boasting 8 acres of wilderness and private beach stretching over 800 feet of sandy shores, offering wide water views of Milford Haven across from Gwynn's Island. House is truly a getaway but at the same time, has access to everything within few miles to life essentials.

This charming Beach Cottage has a little bit of something for everyone. The house features an open front porch to relax and drink your coffee or sit in the back at the Salt Shack with polywood furniture hang out area has a mini kitchen, TV, couch and chair - fully air conditioned / heated with minisplit. The house has 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Bed sizes range from twin to Queen. Free wi-fi, cable, streaming, window AC units which cool the entire home. You won't want to pass this one up.
