All New Clubhouse La Riviera. Pool, top view, gym!

It wasn’t my first time staying at his property. It is always a treat to stay at one of his properties. Ellis and/or Salomé are always available for any question and/or concern. It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. I would always recommend to stay at one of his properties. Thank you Ellis and Salome!

El departamento es muy lindo, limpio y muy bien ubicado, tal cual como las fotos. Victor y Alexis se comunicaron efectivamente. Lo unico que el aire acondicionado de la habitacion proncipal no enfriaba lo suficiente. En lineas fenerales, todo muy bien y regresariamos a hospedarnos con mucho gusto en unas proximas vacaciones.

Jacqueline thought of absolutely everything when outfitting her apartment for guests. We stayed for one month and had everything we needed. The Silver Park building is nice and well managed and it was great having a pool. Jacqueline was a kind and very responsive host. We would definitely return!

Riccardo's place is just like the pictures. He is a great host, he came to greet us. High end decoration inspired in Pinterest. Bolsting 3 bedrooms 2 with A/C units, also A/C in the living room with large TV. Netflix and Youtube. Balcony with nice view. Washer in the laundry room. Like advertized, their is no hot water in the shower but you don't need it because the water temperature is so nice. Highly recommend this place, you will feel special.

This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. Thank You Julian and Nelly once again for your kindness and hospitality Joe and Mayra

Apartamento muy cómodo si estás de paso en la ciudad. Tiene cerca un Centro Comercial, supermercado y sitios para comer. Es una zona tranquila y está muy cerca del aeropuerto.

El lugar está dotado de todo lo que necesitas y es un lugar amplio apto para ir con familia y mascotas. Lo único es que el piso 2 es bastante acalorado durante el día pero nada que no se resuelva. Gracias!

Un lugar especial impecable y acogedor para desconectarse y descansar en una estadía en cucuta . Para ir al centro siempre lo hice en taxi fue muy poco tiempo el que estuvimos , se pueden quedar 6 personas cómodamente en el lugar , volvería a ir indudablemente, felicito a todo el equipo de trabajo que hace y sigue haciendo posible la estadía han hecho un lugar y un trabajo espectacular; Sigan así !

muy buena la atención por parte de Lesly, respondía pronto a las preguntas que necesitamos, a pesar de ser muy corto el tiempo me sentí como en casa , el apartamento es muy acogedor.
