Communication was excellent, always helpful with tips and recommendations, home was immaculately clean , great location easy walking distance to the castle, parking was available on road great place to stay!

The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to my messages, which made the whole stay even more pleasant. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in Cambridge. It's not right in the city center but easily walkable to all the sights. Matt & Mari were very responsive and extremely patient with all our silly questions, and we ended up having to change our check-in date-time, and they were very flexible. The place is super cute. Cozy living room and a lovely new kitchen. We were lucky to have great weather while we were there, and there's a lovely little garden area out back where you could sit and relax. We never seemed to have time to do that, though, as we were busy taking in all the sights. Next time! Would love to come back.

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.

Bex and Kieran were such a lovely couple. Bex was super easy to communicate with and fast to reply with any questions I had which I really appreciated. The space is clean and cosy, perfect for up to two people.. she accommodated myself and my cat. There’s also a family of various pets including the friendliest chickens and sheep I’ve ever met! The location is great if you’re driving.. you’re super close to Bicester and other places. Thank you both

Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. Wonderful house perfectly located in the heart of the village. Exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you’ll ever need. Host was friendly, proactive, and responsive with loads of helpful local recommendations. Exactly what AirBnB should be like!

We had a fantastic stay at Jacob’s flat near Paddington Station! As a family of four with young kids, it was the perfect home base for our London trip. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to Paddington Station, which made it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, and being close to Hyde Park was a huge bonus for family walks and letting the kids play. The flat itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out, and everything was well-maintained and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jacob was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful, which made our entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this flat and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!
