Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Our one bedroom ground floor apartment renovated to a very high spec, is set in the beautiful village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the heart of The Cotswolds. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.
