Chale Bay Farm - Purbeck View

Purbeck View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned, family-friendly self-catering apartment with views out to the sea. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and air-conditioned lounge/sun-room with large TV. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Cosy Stable Cottage in the heart of the Island

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This cozy cottage was the former Stables and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House dating back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has adjacent private parking. This cottage is next door my other listing Quaint Coach House Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We have a minimum 3 night booking but can be flexible on request. Monday night is not available except on request

Located in the attractive village of Carisbrooke, it’s an ideal location for exploring the Island. It’s five minutes walk from Carisbrooke Castle, and ten minutes walk from the Tennyson Trail, which leads to Tennyson Down, the Needles, and the sea. There is picturesque countryside on the doorstep, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Brambles Shepherd’s Hut

Situated in a quiet rural location with stunning views over open countryside, this shepherds hut has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay on the Isle of Wight. Finished to a high standard, with separate bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable living space with log burner, smart TV and great WiFi. The kitchen has a two ringed hob, fridge/freezer,microwave and air fryer. The outdoor space boasts its own private garden with a stunning patio,hot tub, garden furniture and bbq.

Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.

Jaw-dropping view over the English Channel

The Lawn is a semi-detached cottage with a private garden. It has been completely renovated as a stone house to create a friendly holiday home for couples and friends. The building is Grade II Listed from the 1860s with the window casements, original Victorian Conservatory and shaped roof tiles and woodwork being of historic importance. 
Relaxing and fun holidays are guaranteed at The Lawn, so it’s no wonder that many guests return year after year.

Field View Cabin

This stylish modern place to stay is perfect for a great getaway. The cabin is situated on the owners property, set back from a main road. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and also a short walk to river-side cycle track.
