Milkpan Farm is situated in Godshill, which we have recently purchased and have refurbished. ** We offer generous discounts on the ferries * It is set in a superb rural location for couples, ramblers, dog walkers and cyclists and a great place from which to explore the Island. The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

The Little Rose Pod.

Located on the outskirts of Newport "The Little Rose Pod" is the ideal base to start from if you want to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight or just get cozy and settle in and enjoy this romantic, rustic space that The Little Rose Pod has to offer. The area is quiet and peaceful and just a stones throw away from the main town and bus station, as well as being a short walk away from the historic Carisbrooke Castle and many picturesque cycle paths that lead to beautiful beaches and seaside towns.

Gotten Manor Estate - The Left Cart House

A remote, 200-year-old stone barn converted into two self catering cottages, retaining the open facade of the original building, situated on the Gotten Estate . Hidden at the end of a country lane, tucked away at the foot of St. Catherine’s Down, a mile inland from the south coast of the Isle of Wight, in the middle of an AONB. Ideal for walking or cycling. Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Mulberry Cottage is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Tucked discreetly down an unmade country Lane, surrounded by fields and woodland. It has its own private garden with a newly added hot tub perfect for having fun with the family or relaxing after exploring . Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Field View Cabin

This stylish modern place to stay is perfect for a great getaway. The cabin is situated on the owners property, set back from a main road. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and local family friendly pub. Also a short walk to river-side cycle track.
