The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Texas Sunrise House

This unique home has a style all its own. Step into history and comfort at the Texas Sunrise House, a charming Queen Anne style Victorian farmhouse located just off the downtown square in Wellington, Texas. This gem is perfectly situated within walking distance (only two blocks) to local shops and eateries, features 11 foot ceilings, charming period details, two bedrooms with four beds, full bath, kitchen, formal dining room and plenty of Texas charm, including art by local painter Burl Brim.

Gorgeous Two Bedroom Modern Farmhouse Cottage

Come stay in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the pumpjack capital of Texas! Conveniently located across the street from Electra City Park! Perfect for stargazing! Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. Bring your furry friends! $25 nonrefundable pet fee. If you have any questions or need recommendations just let me know!

The Lodge

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The Lodge was built in 1898 as a boarding house for weary travelers. It has been up dated and remodeled to accommodate today's traveler and site seers. It has a full kitchen with a large commercial griddle, seasoned to perfection. This place is perfect for all occasions and events, weddings, birthdays, reunions, baby showers Etc. Just a few miles to a nice public fishing lake. Wildlife can be seen from the porch on occasion.

Remote Ranch Bunkhouse

Bunk house, complete with electricity, outdoor sink, and outhouse with camp potty. Simple, private, and peaceful with a stone fire pit and grill. Pull up to your own abode to enjoy sunsets and stars. Time seems to stand still and life becomes more simple and clear with just the basics. Coyote Casa

27 miles west of Childress, 24 miles east of Turkey, or 30 miles north of Matador. Newly remodeled farm house stocked with everything you need. Great place to get away from the crowds and decompress. We have great wifi and streaming. Enjoy the starry nights and beautiful sunrises. You will feel the peacefulness as soon as you walk in the door. We have plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, barbecue grill, central heat and air.

The Green Door Cottage

Welcome to the Green Door Cottage where you will enjoy a quaint cottage feel in the heart of Childress, Texas. The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Legacy Lodge

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Clean 3 bedroom house 1 mile from 287

Quiet place located just outside of town but close enough to all the amenities. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

Cozy, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing or visiting the nearby college just minutes away. The spacious backyard is great for stretching out, and the screened-in back porch is ideal for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a good book in the evening. With warm touches and a welcoming feel, you'll settle in and feel right at home!

Rustic Red River Retreat

Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.

Hoof Haven: Easy Jet Suite

We aren’t just your average little place to stay. This AirBnB is a cozy little place located on an old horse ranch. It’s the perfect place to stay for an overnight while traveling through the famous town of Quanah, TX right on Highway 287. Hoof Haven has some amazing history and lovely scenery.
