Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

A spacious & comfortable Studio. Self contained & private. The Studio is part of the historic ‘Listed’ Grade II* Kennet House, built in 1701 by the Bishop of Oxford, nestled near the village pond, the church & the village pub. The Studio is an airy, calm space: Kitchenette & table 3 seater sofa & smart TV King size bed & dressing table Bathroom: bath with a shower Washing machine, iron & board Entrance hallway: ideal for bikes & boots. Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Fruit and vegetables still grow in the garden here. Accessed via a tree lined pathway and sitting within the Garden Retreat, the potting shed is ideal for a romantic getaway or relaxing escape from reality. There is a fire pit/grill with logs available. The perfect base to enjoy Snowdrops at Welford Park.
