A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. Our renovated and extended 1920's cowshed. is a cosy retreat, 1 mile from the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells and mainline station where London can be reached in around 50 minutes. It sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.

Romantic Cottage near Kent Vineyards and Gardens

The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

Please note that this is a quiet residential area with neighbours who like their peace and quiet too. No parties or loud music and you'll need to keep the noise right down after 9pm.
